The V8 Vantage now comes with a hand assembled 4.7 liter naturally aspirated V8 producing 420 horsepower at 7,000 rpm along with 347 lb-ft at 5,000 rpm. The high-revving V8 is mated to one of two transaxles, both of which are equipped with a limited-slip differential. The former combination propels the 3,595-pound sports car to 60 mph in no more than 4.7 seconds, as claimed by Aston Martin.

In Aston Martin V8 Vantage offers to package interior Iridium, with graphite instrument, skin or Alcantara Is wheels steers ®, N420′S special plaque floats and fiber chair carbonize demulcent, furnished with stitching’ Race Track’ as deep as Vantage V12. Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and Park Distance Control also default.

Kawasaki Ninja 400R is the merge style of the Ninja 250R and Kawasaki Ninja 650R, the exterior design of 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 400R still bears the distinctive style of Kawasaki Ninja aggressive and sporty. Ninja 400R and Ninja 650R motorcycle machine is not too different, just have a capacity that is smaller than 399 cc.

First the Honda’s CBR125R came along and then Kawasaki’s Ninja 250 followed—but what has been lacking is the intermediate step between little bikes and full-size motorcycles. With the Ninja 400R, the ladder is complete.

Specifications fail miserably to accurately describe motorcycles like the Ninja 400R. Why is this so? Seat height measurements never take into account the width of the machine or the seat itself. Some machines have low seats, but by the time you straddle bulging exhaust pipes and primary cases, it seems like they’re a foot higher from the ground. While the 400’s seat is flat (good) and narrow (also good) it gets a little firm after an hour or so (less good), but footpegs placed rationally below the rider’s hips make it easy to use the legs to absorb the worst of the road’s impacts.

Honda has finally released a clear shot of their brand new NSF250R bike, the challenger that will be available to all customer teams for the 2012 Moto3 series.

The new NSF250R bike features a 4-stroke engine configuration and has been on Honda’s mind since last year, ever since the FIM announced the new regulations for the Moto3 Series. Initially dubbed the NSR250 (Next Racing Standard), the bike has undergone several testing in Japan and will likely debut in some championships from as early as this season.

As it happened with the Moto2 championship a couple of years back, when it replaced by quarter-litre class in the FIM Road-Racing World Championship, the Moto3 series will substitute the current 125cc category (using 2-stroke bikes), now entering its final year under this designation.

Unlike the Moto2 series however, the Moto3 class will feature multiple engine suppliers, so more bike makers are expected to debut their new-spec bikes for 2012 in the near future.

The Honda EVO6 concept motorbike was first displayed at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. The EVO6 concept is powered by a large displacement (for a bike) six-cylinder engine borrowed from the Honda Gold Wing tourer.

The aggressive design of the Honda EVO6 fuses together elements of both sports bikes and cruisers. The thin seat and tail section is an extremely popular design on current sportsbikes.

While the large, stylized engine – which sits fully exposed – complements beautifully the slim sports style tank mounted on top. At the rear, a single-sided swing-arm holds the rear wheel further back than would normally be expected on a pure sport bike.

The Honda CR-Z’s three modes of driving—Normal, Sport and Eco—are put to better use in this manual transmission hybrid, than in any other hybrid. (The CR-Z is the only hybrid offered with a manual.) If you’re just getting from place to place, thinking about things other than driving, leave it in Normal for steady easy shifting.

Put it in Sport to toss the gears, and squeal around town with some zeal. Or push the Eco mode for a game of shifting at low RPMs to maximize fuel economy. Unlike hybrid automatics (especially those with CVTs), the driving experience radically changes with each change of mode—and thereby provides another reason to make the CR-Z an affordable fun little commuter car.

The CR-Z slamfest will not end anytime soon. But when we hear it, we know it’s coming from folks who fail to grasp the new redefined relationship between vehicle style, power, efficiency and cost in the age of hybrid and electric cars. If you’re in the market for a hybrid, and can live with a two-seater, the CR-Z is worth a test drive.
