When you close your eyes and imagine the most exotic luxury coupe, it may look a lot like the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera. The DBS Superleggera is the top model in the Aston Martin range and represents everything the brand has to offer in terms of speed, quality and comfort. And it looks like this. The unmistakable design makes it clear that the DBS Superleggera is scarce in the air and the curves behind the steering wheel – with 715 hp in time – bring the point home with authority.
Not many competitors in this area place great emphasis on big, comfortable, long distance tours. Most of these expensive cars focus on performance first, and the DBS Superleggera is less suitable for racing than its Ferrari and McLaren competitors. However, the elegance, charm and raw power of Aston Martins have a special appeal. And there’s no Aston Martin more than this.
The DBS Superleggera is a great touring sports car and is therefore equipped with a lot of luxury as standard to make your trip comfortable. A power-adjustable, leather-covered sports seat with heat and storage settings is standard.
The cabin can be equipped with various equipment options, including open-pored ash, carbon fiber or satin chrome-plated. We’re not sure how many carry-on suitcases fit in DBS luggage, as unfortunately we don’t have them in our office to test yet. But Aston Martin sells you a custom four-piece luggage set that even matches your specific vehicle interior color.
The 5.2-liter V12 with two turbochargers, which fulfills the task of the DBS Superleggera Coupé, is an in-house engine alloy. Machines are not only designed for performance, lightness is also a priority.
The peak power of the 2021 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is 715 hp and 664 lb.-ft of torque. A point worth mentioning is the torque output, not through the numbers themselves, but through availability, i.e. from 1,800 rpm to 5,000 rpm, so you can enjoy wherever you are in the speed range. The intense power of traction can make you grin as you press to exit turns.
