Kawasaki announces the return of the Z400 ABS ($ 4,999) for the 2021 racing season. Based on the Ninja 400, the Z was developed for drivers who want a more upright driving position without the traditional front fairing and windshield.
The Z400 ABS motorcycle has the entire Z-character with a smooth lattice chassis, an open riding position and an aggressive Sugomi-inspired style combined with the Ninja® sportbike performance in a 400cc engine that is much sporty and responsive Landscapes provide power for navigating the city.
Bodywork

The chassis and suspension components are also shared with the Ninja, although slightly softer forks and shock springs are theoretically better suited for lighter people. In our experience, the differences when comparing the Kawasaki Ninja 400 ABS 2019 with the Z400 ABS were negligible.
What is not trivial is the above-average ride quality of the Z-Bike, regardless of whether it is driving on bumpy surfaces on the way to work or when driving at high speed on winding asphalt roads. LED lighting and ABS are also standard equipment to keep Kawi riders safe day and night.
Engine

It is powered by a 399cc liquid-cooled parallel twin motor, which is great for the more than 44 ponies in the Dunlop GPR-300 rubber store. The engine will drain fuel from the 3.7 gallon fuel tank. The power is transmitted via a manual six-speed gearbox and a chain final drive. The adjustable brake and clutch levers make it easy to feel comfortable in the controls, regardless of whether you have large or small hands.
The exhaust air inlet provides a short, direct path for the intake air to enter the cylinder, increasing the filling capacity of the cylinder and contributing to the performance, especially at high speeds. The downdraft inlet also helps create space under the seat, making it easier to reach the floor.
